Do I need to buy patches or gum?

No. Patches and gum keep nicotine in your system, which prolongs the addiction. My method is drug-free. We use the power of your mind to manage the transition, so you don't need chemical crutches.

How quickly will I see results?

Immediately. The goal of the session is that you vape your last vape before the call starts. When we finish the session, you will toss the device in the bin. You become a non-vaper the moment the session ends.

Can I reduce the nicotine gradually instead?

You can, but it is torture. Reducing nicotine keeps the habit alive while keeping you in a state of constant mild withdrawal. Hypnosis is different—it cuts the cord completely. It is often easier to stop 100% than to try and moderate an addictive substance.

Will I just go back to smoking cigarettes?

No. This is a common fear, but we address nicotine addiction as a whole. We program your mind to reject toxic smoke just as much as we program it to reject the vape. You will not trade one bad habit for another; you will become a non-smoker/non-vaper.

I panic if I lose my vape. Can you help with that anxiety?

Is vaping actually better than smoking?
