All sessions are conducted 100% online via Google Meet, allowing you to access professional support from the comfort and safety of your own home. This removes the stress of travel or waiting rooms, ensuring you are in the best possible environment to relax and engage with the hypnotherapy process effectively.

Anxiety often feels like a loop you cannot exit. Traditional approaches sometimes focus heavily on analysing why you feel this way, which can occasionally keep you stuck in the problem. The Anxiety Reset Protocol is different. It is a "can-do", solution-focused programme designed to help you get your mindset and motivation in the right place.

We do not just talk about anxiety; we actively work to "debug" it. By combining advanced clinical hypnotherapy with practical coaching interventions, we work to desensitise anxiety triggers immediately, lift your mood, and support you in building "Ultimate Self Esteem".

 

 

Why "Reset" Anxiety?

Fighting anxiety often fuels it. If you try to push the feeling away, it pushes back harder. In our coaching sessions, you will learn the Anti-Anxiety Coaching Protocol. This involves a counterintuitive technique in which we "welcome" the anxiety as if it were an old friend ("Hello buddy"), immediately stripping it of its power.

We combine this with physiology changes—adjusting body posture to stand tall and "slapping on a smile". This "pattern interrupt" sends a new signal to your brain, re-framing the anxiety and putting you back in control.

Step 2: Subconscious Dissociation & Release

Once we have interrupted the pattern, we must release the accumulated stress. Using deep relaxation techniques, we utilise the Dissociation Script. You will be guided through a powerful visualisation—perhaps imagining a staircase leading to a safe, comfortable room representing your subconscious.

Here, we physically sort through anxious thoughts, writing them on "post-it notes" in your mind, and placing them into a basket attached to a hot air balloon. You then watch as the balloon soars away, taking your worries with it, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more relaxed.

Can you work with teenagers?

Generally, this programme is designed for adults. However, I may be able to work with older teenagers (typically 16+) provided they are personally motivated to engage with the coaching tools and have the maturity to understand the concepts. Please contact me directly to discuss this, as parental consent will be required for anyone under 18.

How is this different from counselling?

While we provide an empathetic space, this is a coaching and hypnotherapy intervention. We focus less on analysing the past and more on practical tools, "debugging" negative thought patterns, and taking action to move forward.

How many sessions will I need?

This is a solution-focused protocol, meaning we aim for results relatively quickly compared to traditional counselling. Programmes are tailored to the individual, but typically range from 3 to 10 weeks depending on your specific goals.

Do I need a GP referral?

You do not need a referral to book. However, if you are currently taking prescribed medication for anxiety or depression, I may request your permission to write a brief letter to your GP depending on your specific circumstances. This is simply to ensure that we are working together safely and ethically.
