No therapist or doctor can ethically guarantee a human result, as I cannot control what you do after you leave the screen. However, I can guarantee my commitment to you. I’m not very technical. Is the online setup difficult?

Not at all. If you can click a link in an email, you can do this. I use Google Meet, which requires no software download. I send you a link 10 minutes before we start; you simply click it, and we are connected. I guide you through everything else.

Do I need to stop smoking/vaping before the session?

No. Please do not try to "cut down" or stop beforehand, as this just increases your anxiety. Continue your normal habit right up until our call. In fact, I will ask you to have your last ever cigarette or vape just before we start the session. We will make that final one a conscious "goodbye."

Can I book for someone else (e.g., my husband/wife)?

No. They must book for themselves. Hypnosis requires the client to want the result. If you push them into it, it will not work. Send them this link and let them decide.

Is the price different for smokers vs vapers?

No. The investment is the same (€395 for the Signature Session). The complexity of the addiction is similar, and the time required to treat it is the same.

I mostly vape but smoke occasionally. Which page should I look at?
